Q. Will my Bike be in a box unassembled for me to build when i get home?

A. No , all bikes are assemled Free of Charge . A registration form with your serial number and manufacturers warranty will be supplied as well. If you order your bike via the internet it will come assembled in a sleeve with a few simple instuructions before it is ready to ride.

Q. What kind of back up service can i expect?

A. We provide a FREE 6 week service on all new bikes and a repair , parts and service department. We only deal with companys that have a good and reliable back up and "warranty" service.

Q. Can i have a bike delivered to a seperate address?

A. Yes but to have this service the cycle must be paid for first. I.E acheque for the full amount including the delivery charge will have to be sent and cleared at the bank before we can now do this .
